Quasar Holland since 1992

Family company Quasar Holland was founded by Teun van Gammeren in 1992. Our company was launched internationally at Euroluce in Milan, Italy. It is the International Lighting Exhibition where the most innovative solutions in the field of light for interiors and exteriors are presented every two years. Quasar Holland is located in Giessen; our offices and our production hall are there. In the hall we make all our lighting, like the moon light pendant ourselves. Since 1992 we have become a serious player in the international field of high-end lighting and our export accounts for 85% these days.

Quasar Holland’s strong points

Our strong points are plenty, however, we will name you the most important ones. We only work with world-famous top designers. These national and international designers guarantee us unique and contemporary lighting. We use LED for quite some time in almost our models now, including the moon light pendant. As we know, LED is sustainable, energy-efficient and cost-effective. Almost all our models are equipped with the best LED quality. To be prepared for the future, we have installed an in house Lab. Second generation John and Arjens van Gammeren are clear about the Quasar Lab: “In the Lab creativity meets technology, and experience meets innovation.” Our designers and everybody engaged in conceiving, designing and developing new products or objects love this workplace. The team of varied individuals work together to solve design problems. We are working with 3D modelling software and several 3D printers, not only for designing, but also for improving our products.”
