Quasar Holland was founded in 1992 by Teun van Gammeren. He introduced his lighting company internationally that year at Euroluce in Milan, Italy. As you may know, Euroluce is the International Lighting Exhibition. The trade fair is held every two years, and it is there where the latest devices for outdoor, indoor and industrial lighting as well as lighting for shows and events, hospital lighting and special use lighting, home automation and lighting systems, light sources and lighting application are presented. No wonder Van Gammeren introduced his beautiful, one-of-a-kind lighting here. And of course, the famous trade fair is a source of inspiration, with the design dimension at its heart. In the meantime, the second generation has taken over, but they continue to keep the company motto high: to be like a rising star; the meaning of the name Quasar in short.
