Moon lamp examples

In 1992 Quasar Holland was founded and since the beginning, we have worked closely with world famous designers. One of those designers is Jan Pauwels, who created the Citadel Composition Suspension and the Eclipse Composition Suspended Lamp. Both represent a golden glowing moon lamp, which will no doubt contribute to a wonderful ambiance. Pauwels used multiple rings for both moon lamps. The clever use of materials give the lamps a luxurious and mysterious appearance. With the suspension it is possible, instead of fixing all cables to the ceiling, to hang one ring to another ring. The suspension cables will also pass the current. The suspended moon lamp has versatile rings, that allow you to create the composition you like. Thanks to the freedom of number, size, distance and angle between the rings, each installation will be unique. In both moon lamps, LEDs of the highest quality are installed. Quasar Holland has been using LED for more than a decade now, because LED is sustainble, cost-effective and energy-efficient.

Moon lamp worldwide

Quasar Holland was launched internationally in 1992 as well. Since then, we have become a serious world player in the international high-end lighting market. We export all over the world, where our moon lamp and other models are instantly recognized as ‘a true Quasar’ immediately. We are located in Giessen, Netherlands. Our offices are there and our own production hall, in which we manufacture all lighting ourselves. Family of the founder or employee, we are all dedicated to the company, creating perfect lighting of high-quality. We add completely new models to our collection every year, and we regard every model as a new challenge. We are not afraid to innovate. In fact, recently we installed our inhouse Quasar Lab, where, as we like to say, creativity meets technology and experience meets innovation. Our lab is a workplace for everybody who conceives, designs and develops new products or objects. We work with 3D modelling software, not only for designing, but also for improving our products.
