Simply defined, Quasar means ‘a rising star’, but the goals for Quasar Holland are nowhere near simple. Famous designers create chandelier

Quasar Holland has become exactly that rising star founder Teun van Gammeren envisioned. Over the years our company developed into a serious world player within the international high-end lighting market. Nowadays, our export accounts for 85% of turnover. From the beginning, Quasar Holland has been working together with world famous national and international designers. Their creative lighting designs stand out everywhere in the world and are instantly recognised as ‘a Quasar’. To only name a few: designer Jan Pauwels created the Mira Chandelier with asfour crystals, the Nobilis Chandelier, which is a modern reinterpretation of a grandmother’s old chandelier, and the Spectre Chandelier, which is an asymmetric composition of various rings but completely in balance. Daniel Becker created the Julia Chandelier, which can be purchased as a Double, Oval or Single. It can be perfectly matched with a wall lamp and table lamp in the same design. It is safe to say that Quasar’s designs are unique and contemporary and easily fit into the categories classic, timeless or modern ambience. We offer a great variety of lamps, besides the chandelier, like ceiling lamps, floor lamps, suspended lamps, suspensions, table lamps and wall lamps. All our lighting can be fully customized, which means that there is always a lamp that perfectly fits in the room or large space you are thinking of. Once you have chosen the model, you can pick the finish, size and colour. In order to keep our collection strong and growing, we add complete new models to it every year. In Giessen you do not only find our offices, but also our own production hall. We manufacture all lighting ourselves. For more than ten years now, Quasar Holland has been installing LED (light-emitting diode) in our lighting for the simple reasons that LED is durable, energy efficient and cost effective.
